Luminous Voices is grateful for the community of people who help bring our music to life. From welcoming visiting artists and supporting our singers to lending a hand behind the scenes, volunteers play an important role in making our concerts and artistic vision possible.

Financial contributions are one way to support Luminous Voices, but sharing your time, skills, and enthusiasm is another meaningful way to make a difference. Whether you have professional expertise to offer, a little spare time, or simply a willingness to help more people experience the joy of live choral music, there are many ways to get involved. Every contribution, big or small, helps us continue bringing exceptional choral music to our community.

  • Board Member – Help guide the future of Luminous Voices by serving on our Board of Directors.

    Professional Advisor – Share your expertise to support our board and organization. We welcome skills and experience in areas such as marketing, information technology, communications, and other areas that can help us grow and thrive.

  • Guest Hosting – Welcome visiting artists and guests into your home for a short stay.

    Airport & Local Transportation – Help with airport pickups and drop-offs or provide transportation between hotels, rehearsals, and concert venues.

    Concert Buddy – Help someone attend a concert by offering a ride to and from the venue, making live music more accessible to members of our community.

  • Champagne Glass Collection & Transport – Help collect, transport, or return champagne glasses as part of our New Year's Eve concert preparations and cleanup.

    Lobby Setup – Help prepare the concert lobby before our New Year's Eve performance, assisting with setting up the space so guests feel welcome.

  • Music Library Assistance – Help organize our music library by pulling and refiling scores, updating master tracking lists, and keeping records of borrowed music.

    Riser Moving – Assist with moving and setting up choir risers around concert time. This is a practical, hands-on way to support our performances.

  • Luminous Voices Ambassador – Help spread the word about our concerts by inviting friends and family, sharing our social media posts, and encouraging others to experience our performances. Every recommendation helps us reach new audiences and build our community.

You don't need to be available year-round to make a difference. Some opportunities involve a one-time commitment, while others offer a chance to contribute on an ongoing basis.
